Robyn Minnear graduated from Ashland University – Ashland, Ohio with a dual B.A. Degree in Communications and Electronic Media. She is an experienced financial services and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience in banking, wealth management, and client service leadership. She brings a strong background in supporting advisors and leadership teams, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring a consistently high standard of client experience within regulated financial environments.
Throughout her career Robyn has held progressive leadership roles in branch and client operations, where she led and mentored teams, improved workflow processes, and ensured consistent execution across sales, service, and administrative functions. She is recognized for her calm, caring and solutions-oriented leadership style, strong attention to detail, and ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
Robyn is a licensed Mortgage Originator (NMLS#570191) and Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent with experience supporting account administration, financial operations, and CRM-based systems. She is committed to professionalism, operational excellence, and supporting both advisors and clients with accuracy and care.
She is actively involved in her community through Five Loaves Community Meal Program, Fusion Church Madison, Fireline Worship Team, and LifeWise Madison.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, reading, caring for her mini homestead, and spending time outdoors.
